I think information and art [and] ideas should be shared.

My words: Art you do not share is dead. Information you do not share is waste. Ideas you do not share are void. Sharing is the principle of evolution (DNA). So sharing is the key feature of this universe. Being against sharing is unnatural and perverse and immoral. And moreover it's against the nature of this universe.

Note that paying for sharing is not a bad thing and no contradiction. You already pay for downloading from Internet - you pay your ISP, you pay with your time, you pay with the electric energy your computer consumes. That's natural.

It's equally good to disallow making profit from sharing other's work. However neither you nor your ISP makes money out of the sharing process, as you do not charge and your ISP does not get the money for providing the data. So as Michael Moore says, there is nothing wrong with doing so.

However the attorneys of MPAA and RIAA are not in sync with this universe. They act unnatural and so these behavior must be corrected. Bring them back to sync with life, for their good. Share and copy as you like, until they understand, that they are wrong.
