I will be happy to provide links to others who fight in the same war against criminals on the web.

My advice to all others out there

  • Never link to those criminals. For all Hyperlinks change the http to hXXp, such that search engines do not rate those links.
  • Never buy from those criminals, and if you do, only do this in cases where you siplly cannot live without the domain. (I mean this literally, if it kills your business, then it is better to pay. But you then know you paied the Mafia.)
  • Link to others, who were frauded as you. (Note that you are frauded even if you do not buy - You do not have the domain, so you have a disadvantage due to illegal activities. So you are frauded.)
More elaborate:

If you ever loose an Domain due to expiry try to stand firm and not give money to criminals.

However if you need the domain name, I will not blame you, that you did this. However please state this then clearly on your HP like "I was frauded to backorder my domain from some Cybersquatting criminals". DO NOT TELL THEIR NAMES ON YOUR DOMAIN, as this might get your domain in trouble.

But instead blaim them to be illegal and criminal on your blog. Do not include your domain name, but publicly blaim them. If enough people do this using the same name, others who want to get information about those people will quickly find a network warning against such fraudulent activities, and hopefully scare them away from cybersquatters.

It is important to get their domain ranking down in search engines. So never link to them and drop links to domains owend by them. Instead interlink between all pages who report of those fraudulent activities.

Note that you are protected by the law if you publicly tell the truth (in all well developed contries). You are simply telling the truth if you call them criminal. It is because this here happened to me. So you can proof that they are doing fraud, by refering to me. For this, use this permalink:
